I sometimes have problems with the sound and picture not going together. Last night I watched for four hours, and everything was fine. Today, after the first few minutes, the sound and video were not synchronized. This is with a Windows 8.1 OS. I tried it with my other computer, a Windows XP machine, and it froze altogether. At other times, it's worked just fine. Is it related to the time of day (late afternoon) when a lot of people are on it? It seems to be at Neflix's end, not my computers. It's a real turn off, and makes me wonder if I want to keep the subscription when it comes up for renewal.

After selecting a show, loading only proceeds to roughly 25% and then stops. I've selected several shows including movies, series, etc., and the same thing occurs over and over.

I have a Samsung Smart Hub TV. The Smart Hub works fine with Amazon Prime and other streaming options. Netflix often gives the error: "this title cannot be played at this time." But usually I can just keep trying and the video will eventually play, but at a very low bitrate, and it usually cuts off the first few seconds of video. I have to rewind back to start and that usually clears up the low bitrate. The funny thing is that most HD movies in Netflix work perfectly and go to HD almost immediately. It's the TV shows that usually give the error. Like Star Trek The Next Generation. Most than half of the episodes from that entire collection give the error. It's almost like the lower quality videos are the ones that don't work right. The high def ones always seem to work flawless.

By the way, I never get the error on my computer or laptop. Netflix functions perfectly on them. It's got to be a breakdown between the Samgsung Smart Hub and the Netflix app. But again, I never have any issues with other streaming providers within the Samsung Smart Hub, only Netflix. Even High Def videos on a thumb drive work flawlessly on my Samsung.

Netflix via Playstation App can not connect 8 out of 10 times. I have tried everything both Netflix and Sony have recommended.

It has been like this for the past 2 billing cycles.

There is some sort of problem they are refusing to acknowledge, so I am cancelling my Netflix account.

Last week I got the error code N8211 on windows 7 laptop and on windows8.1 pc N8206. Netflix kept working on netgear. I called Netflix and they said all the extra programs on laptop might be preventing it. I did a factory reset on my laptop running windows 7. Weekend I watched with no problem. Today same problem. My pc running windows 8 is directly connected to modem. Also could watch in the weekend but not today. Problem starting all over again. Any one help? I live outside of the USA in case this has any effect.

In That 70's show s4 e14 "Eric's Hot Cousin" the episodes video gets frozen and will not move forward. If u back out and come back in it plays from the right moment for a few seconds than goes back to where it froze. The episodes sound still goes on just no video.

Out of nowhere, the audio cut out on my netflix. There is no sound coming from several shows and movies. I clicked on about 30 different shows just to see if the sound was working, but only 5 of them actually worked. I watched an episode of the series I am following, with no issues, then when I went to watch the next episode, there was no audio. That's when I checked the rest. What is going on??
