WHAT IS GOING ON? I got my Dad a Netflix gift subscription and it HAS worked 1 time in 3 weeks! Constant error signs.......WTF? I mean COMCAST IS HORRID, now Netflix....I am very serious what is HAPPENING?

Is anybody else having a hardtime getting Netflix on their devices? Having trouble on my computer, kindle, and wii. Is it a system thing? My wifi seems ok

Under continue watching it shows that I've watched the entire show, yet it won't disappear and when I click on it it just starts from the beginning and won't go away.

since "upgrading" my Netflix I have to sign in everytime- and when I do I have to start and stop during the process as the sign in part only comes up if I exit and come back in without turning off the TV

My friend and i have shared a netflix account for years. There was a total of three people using netflix. One night i watched my favorite tv show on my profile and i signed off and went to work when i came home to watch more of my show i found that all of the profiles had been deleted and had been replaced by a new one that was never there. I decided that it must have been a mistakes between netflix buddies and just recreated my profile and began saving all my shows again. I log on today and my profile was deleted all over again. Can i put a lock on my profile? I know we all share the user information but still its just wrong for someone to think they own the account when they dont pay for it and just delete everything that is someone elses.

I have pretty good luck with my Netflix loading problems on my Roku device since changing the playback speed of Netflix. (Sign into your Netflix account online, go to playback settings, change to "medium" - apparently "high" is the default). The speed of your ISP doesn't matter, just do it. Since the speed change I only have the occasional glitch, and closing the Netflix app back to the Roku main screen and reloading Netflix seems to solve any of those problems. Netflix and Roku are apparently working a permanent solution; until then, this works OK. It will likely work for whatever device you may be using.

Netflix instant button broke on my remote (for Sony Bravia KDL40E640). I replaced it with a new original remote, but still does not work. Neither Sony or Netflix could help. Anyone have a solution?

Profiles not working properly. "Recently watched and recommended" are not being separated by profiles. My 8 year old niece's barbie shows are showing up on my profile even tho we double checked that she is on her profile!

I have been having constant streaming problems for the last week and a half. I struggle for hours to get anything to load and as soon as it eventually starts playing it does so only for a few minutes before it stops again. I was working fine on Wednesday for about 2 hours and then just starting giving me problems again. I have reported the problem several times to netflix but I receive absolutely no response from the site what so ever. Do they ever respond to their users?

I have chekced everything that could possibly be wrong but my inter seed seems fine as well as my connection. Anyone know what could be causing the problem it's incredibly frustrating paying for a service that does not work and receiving zero customer service.
