I need subtitles or closed captioning and I am repeatedly getting the previous screens subtitles stuck in front of the current subtitles so that I will sometimes have an entire screen of backed up subtitles! I reload the program and sometimes this fixes it but more often than not it recurs during the film until this does not solve the problem for more than a few minutes and it is back again.
I finally just turn it off.

I can not watch movies through Apple T.V. I can select the shows, but then a message with a yellow caution sign "There's a problem communicating with Netflix. Try again later." What, if any, can I do on my end to help?

HELP NEEDED The Netflix on my wii just doesn't work. You can get into it but after it loads it says "check your Internet connection or try again later" blah blah blah. I checked it and nothing happened! That goes for the weather, news, and YouTube on my wii!! It angers and annoys me and I can't watch my show.:(

Starting several days ago I started seeing a problem with the Netflix program on my Android phone version 2.2.2. The program will load but on the Home screen all I get is a Resume for the last program I watched and a box with my membership info. Also, when I go to the Genre section the individual types(genres) display but when I try to get titles for each genre I get an error message that titles can't load. I've deleted the program and reinstalled but still have the same problems.
