I can not get into Netflix on computer. Neither can I download a movie from my Smart TV. I cannot get in direct contact Netflix to assess the problem. If this is not resolved, I will contact my credit card company to stop payment on Netflix. How do people resolve issues if there is no way to contact Netflix!!!!

Netflix is the only app on my Samsung smart TV that can't output audio via optical cable into my receiver optical input..YouTube works fine, TV ans DVD as well but not Netflix and I have checked settings both in stereo and 5.1. Opinions? It sounds like a series of "TIC TIC TIC".....

Anyone else having a problem with "Remove for My List" after watching a movie...it empties the list totally. Resolved only by exiting and re-signing in. The "expert" (using the word loosely) at Netflix have been telling me they are working on the issue but it has been 2 MONTHS now!!!!!

I have tried to log into a show and it keeps saying "there was a problem loading title details. Try again?" It only seems to be this one show (murder, she wrote) and the others appear to be working. Any reason?

Have tried to log into Netflix two days in a row, but can't. I tried this because I was not able to watch streaming TV thru my Roku setup, so tried a direct internet connection.

When will it be available?

To help all the grandmas out there watching Netflix, please have a web dev take a look at this. Heck, open up Google Chrome and check out Netflix, yourself!

In Chrome web browser running in 1024x768, the further down the page you scroll, the further down the page the description pop-up opens. After about the 15th line of items, the pop-up opens off screen even if the video you're getting a pop-up for is at the very top of the page. This does not happen in Firefox. I have done a fresh install of Chrome and of Silverlight.

Below is a picture of the relevant part of the web coding. The first image is Chrome. The second is Firefox. This Chrome pop-up, though it's "Top: ####px" is less than the Firefox's "Top:####px" has opened off page.

Is the number on the Chrome browser increasing at a faster rate? Is there some different way that Firefox and Chrome handle this HTML element style? Something is wrong. I have tested this on multiple PCs. I don't really have an issue with this (I've just switched to Firefox), but a couple friends have pointed it out to me and have switched back to IE because of it (oh, the horror!).
