Starting several days ago I started seeing a problem with the Netflix program on my Android phone version 2.2.2. The program will load but on the Home screen all I get is a Resume for the last program I watched and a box with my membership info. Also, when I go to the Genre section the individual types(genres) display but when I try to get titles for each genre I get an error message that titles can't load. I've deleted the program and reinstalled but still have the same problems.

There are problems with the problem reporting screen. First, the reporting screen is too short. It is necessary to click on a box at the bottom of the screen to report the problem, but only the top of that box shows up on the screen - just a bit of red. I'm guessing that it's necessary to click on that box to report the problem. Second, after clicking on that report box, a circle just keeps going round and round and never stops - in other words, the problem doesn't get reported.

My Netfilx's sound goes ahead of the video I've re installing silverlight and everything else. This only happens when I watch on any computer or mobile device. Someone please help! Thanks!

Rewinding and forwarding issue since week of June 22, 2013. It should be advancing/rewinding in seconds but is doing it in 8 min. increments.

- Made call to NF and they are working on it. Netflix issue. Call them with your model number of the unit you have the problem with.

My Netflix has nothing but erred messages for days. Programs that stop working with messages that this program is unavailab
Le and now your text box flows right into a box for looking up Texas license #. What is wrong with your service and should I just give up and go with Hulu. Since your last few upgrades the service stinks and I rarely get through a program without hassles and erred messages.
