To help all the grandmas out there watching Netflix, please have a web dev take a look at this. Heck, open up Google Chrome and check out Netflix, yourself!

In Chrome web browser running in 1024x768, the further down the page you scroll, the further down the page the description pop-up opens. After about the 15th line of items, the pop-up opens off screen even if the video you're getting a pop-up for is at the very top of the page. This does not happen in Firefox. I have done a fresh install of Chrome and of Silverlight.

Below is a picture of the relevant part of the web coding. The first image is Chrome. The second is Firefox. This Chrome pop-up, though it's "Top: ####px" is less than the Firefox's "Top:####px" has opened off page.

Is the number on the Chrome browser increasing at a faster rate? Is there some different way that Firefox and Chrome handle this HTML element style? Something is wrong. I have tested this on multiple PCs. I don't really have an issue with this (I've just switched to Firefox), but a couple friends have pointed it out to me and have switched back to IE because of it (oh, the horror!).

Netflix keeps crashing when I'm watching it on my Apple TV (newer version) today. I can stream HD movies, watch Hulu plus and everything else just fine. It was fine two days ago. What up Netflix? Did I do something to make you mad?

Does anyone else have this issue when you are browsing available movies on the home page each category shows one row of movies and directly underneath only the top portion of the next row is showing. The only way to see what movies are in that row is to mouse over the image and read the description. Very frustrating. Of course when I contacted Netflix they are unable to receive a screen shot of what I am explaining and had no idea what might cause this or how to resolve it. Very frustrating. Is this happening to anyone else? I use a laptop and this happens in both Chrome and Firefox.

Once AGAIN "neverflix servicless unexperienced an internal error. Please try later" The idea is to watch when I WANT not when it is convienent for your system. Come one had you guys for years and have had more problems in the last 3 months ever. Thinking if trying another outfit.

I updated my apple tv and since than my movies restart every 3 minutes or every hour, depending on the title. The image starts over from the beginning but the sound stays on the normal track. What is the problem and how can I fix it? I have the first apple tv.

Thanks.
